Foundation Stage (2015)
The company was officially established on January 14, 2015, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million and Sun Laishuang as the legal representative. Its registered address is No. 1, Old National Highway 318, West District of Shijie Town Economic Development Zone, Guangde City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. Leveraging the transportation advantages of being adjacent to G50 Expressway and National Highway 318, the production base was strategically laid out. At the initial stage of its establishment, two core businesses were planned: the production and sales of castings and elevator traction machines, supplemented by waste material recycling business, forming the initial business framework of "production + recycling".
Capacity Construction and Business Expansion (2015-2020)
Shortly after the factory was built, the infrastructure was quickly completed. The Casting Department covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with multiple automatic production lines for lost foam casting and sand casting built, equipped with key equipment such as medium frequency electric furnaces and shot blasting machines, forming an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of castings. Meanwhile, relying on the technical accumulation of the Shanghai Processing Department (established in 2004, covering an area of over 5,000 square meters), the company expanded its precision mechanical parts processing business including CNC tool magazines and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, with products gradually being exported to overseas markets. In June 2020, the industrial and commercial information was approved, confirming the business term as long-term operation, which consolidated the foundation for development.
Technological Upgrade and Optimization (2022-Present)
In 2022, the company launched the production line technological transformation project, investing in the renovation of Workshop No. 1. New equipment such as precoated sand core making machines and fully automatic precoated sand molding lines were purchased, upgrading the production process of the original 5,000 tons of castings from lost foam casting to shell mold casting, and adding painting and dipping processes. At the same time, two 1t/h medium frequency furnaces were replaced. On the premise of maintaining the total annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of castings unchanged, the product quality and production efficiency were improved. Currently, the company is in a continuous "active" operation state, with business advancing steadily.
