These chassis components are directly related to the driving stability, handling, and safety of the automobile. For example, the suspension arm connects the car body and the wheel to buffer the road impact during driving; the steering knuckle realizes the steering function of the wheel.
Customized according to the chassis structure of different vehicle models, the chassis components undergo strict strength testing and fatigue life testing, and their surfaces adopt anti-rust treatments such as electrophoresis and plastic spraying to adapt to complex driving environments, providing core support for the safe and stable driving of the automobile.

The casting department of Guangde Guanghong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. covers an area of 20,000 square meters and is located in the western part of Guangde Development Zone, Xuancheng, Anhui Province, near the G50 Expressway and National Highway 318, with complete supporting facilities. The company has multiple advanced domestic lost foam and sand casting automatic production lines, medium frequency electric furnaces, various shot blasting machines and heat treatment equipment, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of castings. The company has a metal materials laboratory equipped with various testing equipment such as direct-reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and ultrasonic flaw detectors.
