Industrial Gears
The industrial gears are core components for power transmission and speed regulation in the mechanical transmission system, manufactured from high-quality alloy steel, carbon steel, or cast iron materials, and undergo multiple processes such as forging, quenching and tempering, and carburizing and quenching, with excellent hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance.
The industrial gears realize power transmission through tooth surface meshing. Different gear types (spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, worm gears, etc.) and transmission ratios are designed according to transmission needs. Compared with spur gears, helical industrial gears have the advantages of smooth transmission and low noise, while bevel industrial gears are suitable for power transmission between intersecting shafts.
The tooth surfaces of industrial gears are precisely ground to ensure tooth profile accuracy and surface finish, reducing wear and noise during meshing.
