The Centrifugal Impeller is the core component of the centrifugal pump cooling system, mainly formed by injection molding or die-casting from aluminum alloy or engineering plastic materials, with the advantages of light weight, high strength, and excellent heat dissipation performance. The blade structure of the Centrifugal Impeller is designed and optimized based on aerodynamics.
Through the precise configuration of blade angle and quantity, it can generate high-efficiency air flow when the centrifugal pump motor is running, quickly taking away the heat generated by the motor and the centrifugal pump casing, and ensuring the equipment operates within a safe temperature range. The center of the Centrifugal Impeller is designed with a precise shaft hole structure, which is firmly connected to the centrifugal pump motor shaft, operating with low vibration and low noise.
Customized according to the power and heat dissipation needs of the centrifugal pump, some models of the Centrifugal Impeller adopt a detachable structure for convenient maintenance, adapting to different types of centrifugal pump cooling systems and providing heat dissipation guarantees for the long-term continuous operation of the centrifugal pump.
