The pump mounting base is the load-bearing and installation component supporting the whole pump set, made in cast iron or welded steel section for high load capacity and resistance to deformation. Its surface carries precise pump mounting holes that fix the casing to the base while keeping pump shaft and motor shaft coaxial, which reduces vibration and noise in operation. Adjustment bolt holes on the underside allow horizontal leveling of the pump, and selected bases add shock-absorber grooves for further vibration isolation. The bed is sized to pump power, weight and installation method.

Because alignment between pump and motor drives seal life and bearing life, buyer value comes from flat, repeatable mounting faces: cast iron bases are aged and the mounting holes are CNC-machined to drawing. We produce from customer base layouts, and batch consistency means successive bases drop in without re-shimming, reducing on-site alignment time for buyers running repeat pump set installations.
