How To Install A Traction Machine

Installation steps
(1) When the load-bearing beam is under the floor slab of the machine room, it is generally necessary to make a reinforced concrete base that is about 30mm larger than the traction machine chassis and has a thickness of 250-300mm. The bolts that fix the traction machine are pre embedded on the base. Under the concrete base, vibration reducing rubber pads should be placed on top of the load-bearing beam, and the traction machine should be fixed on the concrete base.
The concrete base and traction machine are fixed together by pressure plates and baffles.
(2) When the load-bearing beam is on the floor slab of the machine room, the steel base of the traction machine chassis can be connected to the load-bearing beam bolts as a whole. If vibration reduction is required, vibration reduction devices should be made. The specific method is to make two steel plates of the same size as the base of the traction machine, with a thickness of about 20mm, and place vibration damping rubber pads between them. The upper steel plate is connected to the traction machine with bolts, and the lower steel plate is welded to the load-bearing beam. To prevent displacement, the upper steel plate and traction machine chassis also need to be equipped with pressure plates and baffles.
(3) When the load-bearing beam is installed on a reinforced concrete platform 600mm above the floor slab in the computer room, a baffle and vibration reducing rubber pad should be placed on the platform, and upper and lower connecting steel plates should be installed. Fix the traction machine on the steel plate and position it with a pressure plate and baffle.
(4) Calibration of the installation position of the traction wheel. Fix a horizontal lead wire above the traction machine, hang two perpendicular lines from this horizontal wire aligned with the center point of the car frame and the center point of the counterweight on the floor wooden board, calculate the diameter of the traction wheel pitch circle based on the center of the traction rope, and then hang another perpendicular line at the corresponding position on the horizontal lead wire. Finally, calibrate the traction machine using these standard lines.
